When you've worked with as many clients as we have, you learn that everyone is nervous about the same things. Everyone is uncertain what to wear and about how their hair and makeup will look. Everyone feels anxious about being a state of undress in front of people they've just met. And absolutely everyone is worried about knowing how to pose and says they're not photogenic. If this sounds like you, too, then we want to help. This page outlines the whole experience and details the solutions we offer to all of these concerns.
The Booking Process
In order to best serve our clients, we limit our photo shoot bookings to 4 per week. We are currently booking about 2 months in advance and recommend that clients have their shoot approximately 8 weeks prior to needing their finished product.
Photo shoots are held Thursdays through Sundays at our downtown Ogden studio. Travel and on-location bookings are available on request for an additional fee.
In order to book a photo shoot, a signed photo shoot agreement and 50% of the non-refundable session fee are required (PayPal, Venmo, Debit and Credit Cards are accepted). The remaining $250 will be due 30 days before your photo session.

The Planning Session
About three weeks before your shoot, we will send you a link to schedule a Zoom call with us, just to make sure we are on the same page about the types of images you’re wanting to create with us.
We'll ask you questions about your editing and styling preferences, help you decide what outfits to wear, and let you know what to bring with you.
Most importantly, we'll get to know each other! We don't want you meeting us for the first time on your shoot day. This is a vulnerable experience for most people and we want to make sure you're as comfortable with us as possible.
The Hair and Makeup.
Our professional hair and makeup artists know exactly what they're doing to ensure you look like the most stunning version of yourself and that you're camera ready. They can give you any look you're hoping for, from very natural to very glamorous and anything in between.
The Photo Shoot
We will help you feel comfortable through the entire process of your photo shoot experience. You will be able to lean on Pamela as much as needed for support along the way. She will help you choose
outfits to borrow from the
client closet (sizes xs-6x)
and keep your wine glass full. And it's ok that you don't know anything about modeling! Mateusz will guide you though posing and facial expressions. Rest assured no one will ever touch you during your photo shoot without your explicit consent. You are welcome to bring a partner or friend with you for extra support.
The Image Reveal.
One to two weeks after your shoot you'll come back to the studio to see a slideshow of at least 50 jaw-dropping images from your shoot. Mateusz spends around 10 hours editing each session with the greatest attention to detail and your personal preferences in mind. You'll see samples of all our products and pick out which images you would like to purchase. You'll also be able to set up a
no interest, in-house payment plan with us at this time.
