COLLECTIONS + PRE-PAYMENTS

Pre-Payment in Full and Pre-Session Payment Plans are available to clients who want to purchase one of our top three Collections before their session. When you pre-purchase a qualifying Collection beforehand, it allows us to create images during your session with specific products in mind and ensures your greatest satisfaction. It also enables you to unlock Bonuses that you can choose for FREE! (Some of which are valued at up to $500!!)

PRE-SHOOT PAYMENT BONUSES

If you choose to pre-purchase one of our top three collections, we will include your choice of the following in your photo shoot experience for no additional cost. To pre-purchase you may choose to pay in full or take advantage of our pre-session payment plans. Pre-purchases must be completed no less than two weeks prior to your session to be eligible for the Bonuses.

PAYMENT FAQ:

1) Do I have to pay for my images before my session?

Pre-Payment and/or Payment Plans are NOT required. You can simply show up to your Photo Reveal + Ordering Session and make your purchase that day, however you will not receive any Bonuses that are offered for the Pre-Payment or Pre-Payment Plans.

2) I want to pay in full now/set up a Pre-Payment Plan! What do I do now?

Set up a phone call with Pamela using the link at the end of this guide. She will help you decide which collection is best for you, answer your questions, and walk you through all your options.

3) Are payment plans available after my session?

Payment Plans are also offered after your session. If you choose not to Pre-Purchase or do a Pre-Session Payment Plan, you can set up a no-interest payment plan the day of your Photo Reveal + Ordering Appointment.

Option One: You can set up a 6 month, no interest payment plan with PayPal Credit. PayPal will pay us in full, allowing you to receive your order as soon as possible. You can find more info on PayPal Credit *HERE* and apply *HERE*.

Option Two: You can set up an in-house, no-interest payment plan with us. The down payment minimum is $200 and the longest term of payment plan is 18 months. With this option, you have to wait to receive your products and digitals until your account is paid in full, but you are welcome to pay off your balance at any time.

4) Are there any Bonuses available if I pay in full the day of my Photo Reveal & Ordering Session?

Bonuses are ONLY for Pre-Payment or Pre-Session Payment Plans. If you pay in full the day of your Photo Reveal + Ordering Session, you will not be able to take advantage of the Bonuses. If you upgrade at your Photo Reveal + Ordering Session, additional Bonuses are also not redeemable.

5) When do I have to complete my Pre-Payment to qualify for the Bonuses?

Bonuses are only valid for clients who either A) Pay in full for a qualifying Collection no less than two weeks prior to their  Photo Session, or B) clients whose payment plans are completed no less than two weeks prior to the Photo Session.

6) Do I qualify for additional Bonuses if I upgrade at my Ordering Session?

If you upgrade your collection at the Photo Reveal + Ordering Session, no additional Bonuses will be applied, so please keep that in mind when choosing your collection for the pre-session payment plan or purchase!

7) What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo. For in-house payment plans, we accept credit and debit cards.

8) Can I make additional purchases at a later date?

We do not archive your images after your Ordering Appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to order additional images.

9) What happens to the images I do not purchase?

If you choose to sign an image release allowing us to use them on social media and in our marketing materials, we will save a select few. The rest will be deleted after your Ordering Appointment. Otherwise, they will ALL be deleted after your Ordering Appointment.

10) All sales are final.
